This cookbook is big, and when I first open it, I strongly encourage to read the Introduction. It was really helpful information that gave me a better grasp of the central premise of the book. Each Chapter also opens with 3-4 pages of FAQs and tips about using the recipes in the chapter. Overall, I’ve tried a handful of recipes and they turned out great. Very happy with this.
Not sure why the 5 star reviews. I would have given minus 5 if I could.There is no content listing for recipes so a person is left trying to find one that sounds good or spend the day going through them. If author is too lazy to make a decent Content then I am too lazy to hunt.Plus most of the recipes are keto diet.
